Monthly Events
MET holds a monthly Dinner and Family Forum on the second Saturday of every month. Everyone is
welcome. This is a potluck event, so bring your favorite dish and enjoy an informative presentation on a
variety of subjects or an informal discussion. You will also enjoy getting to know other people and visiting
with them. MET's monthly Forums are held at Portland State University, Smith Center, Cafeteria (1st floor)
from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • April 17th, 2010: MET Annual Career Day.
  • May 8th, 2010: MET Annual Cultural Night   
  • May 23rd, 2010: MET Annual Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast   
  • June 8th, 2010: OIA Graduation & Dr. Riyaz Ahmad Scholarship Dinner   
  • July 10th, 2010:  MET Annual Open House: Appreciating Neighbors
  • August 14th,21st, and 28th, 2010:  MET Potluck Iftar Dinner
  • September 11th, 2010: MET Eid Party
